Should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of the service performed by anyone representing Broodie Funeral Parlour in relation to funeral cover application or claim, you must address your complaint in writing to Broodie Funeral Parlour. Broodie Funeral Parlour has established an internal complaints resolution procedure, which is available at your request.
